Shipping policy

Delivery Time

We are committed to delivering your freshly roasted coffee as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days for most orders within the contiguous United States.

Please note:

  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States may take an additional 7-12 business days due to extended transit times.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

  • We charge a flat rate of $4.50 for shipping on orders containing a single bag of coffee.
  • Free shipping is available for orders totaling more than $30 or for orders that include 2 or more items.

Shipping costs will be calculated and applied at checkout based on these criteria.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories.
