Do you roast the coffee yourselves?
Yes, all of our coffee is roasted in-house by our expert Roast Masters. We take pride in crafting unique roast profiles and blends, ensuring that every batch meets our high standards for quality and consistency. We do not outsource any part of our roasting process.
What is the quality of our coffee?
All of the coffee is graded and certified as “Specialty Coffee” according to the guidelines set forth by the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association.) Primarily, these guidelines specify that the coffee must achieve a minimum “Q-Grade” of 80+ points to be labeled specialty coffee. A Q-Grade is a quantitative score that assesses various attributes of the coffee such as aroma, flavor, acidity, body, balance, and aftertaste.
Do you offer decaf coffee?
Yes, we offer decaffeinated coffee that is processed using the Swiss Water Decaf Process. This method removes 99.9% of the caffeine from the coffee without using any harmful chemicals or solvents. It’s the most eco-friendly decaffeination method available, using only water to gently extract the caffeine while preserving the coffee’s rich flavor and aroma.
What grind options do you offer?
We offer our coffee in both whole beans and ground grinds. Whether you prefer to grind your coffee fresh at home or have it pre-ground to suit your brewing method, we’ve got you covered. If you need advice on the best grind size for your brewing method, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist!
Where do you source your coffee?
Our coffee is sourced from some of the finest coffee-growing regions around the world. We work directly with trusted importers to obtain ethically sourced beans from South America, Africa, Asia, and Central America. We are committed to offering only the highest quality coffee while supporting sustainable practices.
How long does it take for my subscription to arrive?
Once processed, your subscription order will ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but generally, orders arrive within 3-5 business days.
What are your shipping costs?
We charge a flat rate of $4.50 for shipping when you order a single bag of coffee. However, if your purchase totals more than $30 or includes 2 or more items in your cart, you’ll enjoy free shipping on your entire order!
How fresh is the coffee?
Your coffee is roasted to order! This means we don’t roast your coffee until after you’ve placed your order, ensuring you receive the freshest beans possible.
Do you offer coffee subscriptions?
Yes, we offer flexible coffee subscription options where you can choose your preferred coffee, frequency, and quantity. Subscriptions are a great way to ensure you never run out of your favorite coffee!
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! You can easily manage your subscription through your account dashboard, where you can update your coffee selection, change your delivery schedule, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Are your coffees certified organic or Fair Trade?
